So here are my learnings about the lecture series. It is said in the video that intellectual property comes from the creation of our mind, but we cannot create our intellectual property if it is still in our mind. So, meaning it has to be transformed into ideas or tangible products, your idea should be transformed into tangible products, and when it comes to protecting intellectual property, you should not let others know it first because there are other people who are quick at reverse engineering. There are nine intellectual property rights: patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, and service marks; copyright and related rights; layout designs (Topographies of Integrated Circuits); geographic indications; undisclosed information (trade secrets); and new plant varieties, as provided in Republic Act No. 9168. As a group of individuals that wished to launch a delivery service business, we have discovered and realized a lot of things, including the fact that many of them had various opinions about our business.
